Warrants were issued Oct. 27-28 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•James L. Dorris, 39, no address listed, probation/parole warrant;

•Blake Andrew Mount, no age listed, Poplar Bluff, failure to appear on municipal charges of failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance;

•Jacob Nathaniel Pinkston, 35, Doniphan, failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of driving with a revoked license (second or third offense) and no insurance.

•Reginald Kendrick Smith, 35, Lilbourn, Mo., failure to appear on municipal charges of driving without a license and no insurance.
