Cletis Wayne Powell Jr., 44, Neelyville, pleaded guilty June 30 to felony resisting arrest. He was sentenced to four years with suspended execution of sentence. He received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.
