Lone Star R-IV Eighth-Grade Graduation

Six boys and two girls comprised the eighth-grade Class of '21 at Lone Star R-IV School. On Tuesday, May 4, the class donned caps and gowns to receive their diplomas. Delivering the valedictory address was Harley Elliott. Logan Krumenacker, class salutatorian, read the class prophecy. Blake Maynard presented the class will and Kaleb Cora read the class history. Harley Elliott was presented the Citizenship Award. Each grad received $50 cash from the Ripley County Sheriff's Department Scholarship Fund.

Harley Elliott earned the Citizenship Award as well as taking honors as class valedictorian and winner of the Principal's Choice Award. His parents are Craig and Christi Elliott.
