Warrants

Warrants were issued March 11-14 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Deanna L. Adams, 52, Poplar Bluff, failure to appear on municipal charges of no insurance and displaying plates registered to another person;

•Bobby Joe Arnold, 39, no address listed, failure to appear on a felony charge of forgery (four counts);

•Miguel Angel Davis, 35, Fairdealing, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of no insurance;

•Jason Lee Hatley, 50, Doniphan, failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of driving without a license and speeding;

•Michelle Leeann Huffman, 52, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of passing a bad check;

•William Lee Matthews-Tucker, 21, Grandin, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of speeding;

•Andrew Rae Melton, 41, Gatewood, failure to appear on felony charges of stealing and forgery;

•Jamie Lynn Ritchey, 26, Doniphan, failure to appear on a municipal charge of no insurance;

•Megan Viola Ross, 32, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of passing a bad check;

•Barbara Michell Shipman, 34, Doniphan, failure to appear for a probation revocation hearing;

•Scott Andrew Stanley, 37, Doniphan, failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of no insurance and failure to display license plates on vehicle;

•Tyler Lee Turner, 23, Doniphan, felony charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
