Warrants were issued March 20-26 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Linda Marie Baker, 29, Poplar Bluff, felony charge of financial exploitation of an elderly or disabled person;

•Amber Nicole Carlton, 31, Doniphan, felony charge of tampering with electronic monitoring equipment;

•Robert L. Cave, 49, St. Clair, Mo., felony charge of first-degree stalking;

•Jason Dutch Graves, 48, Poplar Bluff, capias warrant for a probation violation hearing;

•Kelli L. Greenway, 26, Campbell, capias warrant for a probation violation hearing;

•Randy Joe Hubbard II, 20, Doniphan, capias warrant for a probation violation hearing;

•Billy Jordan, 46, Success, Ark., felony charge of second-degree burglary;

•Christie Ann Colleen McDannald, 41, Doniphan, felony charge of passing a bad check (two counts) and misdemeanor charge of passing a bad check (seven counts);

•Jason Leroy Parsons, 33, Doniphan, capias warrant for a probation violation hearing;

•Jessica Anne Smith, 35, Marston, Mo., felony charge of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
