•Ricky Scott Buse Jr., 28, Doniphan, felony charge of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance;

•Pamela Wynema Clanton, 53, Doniphan, failure to appear on a felony charge of forgery;

•Chance Alexander Hubbard, 28, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of stealing;

•Gerald Robert Massey Jr., 40, Gatewood, felony charge of stealing;

•Sandra Jo Radford, 27, Doniphan, felony charge of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia;

•Rebeka Lynn Trinnaman, 38, no address listed, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of stealing rented property;

•Jeffery Scott Winters, 37, Oxly, felony charge of receiving stolen property.
