Gregory Joseph Carlock, 40, Doniphan, was sentenced Nov. 16 to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked by the court.

Carlock admitted violating conditions of his probation on a previous guilty plea to felony non-support.

Timothy Ray Dugger, 38, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Nov. 16 to felony stealing. He was sentenced to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Randy Joe Hubbard, 42, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Nov. 16 to felony possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to seven years with suspended execution of sentence. He received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Christopher Charles Hunter, 20, Doniphan, was sentenced Nov. 16 to five years supervised probation pending his scheduled release Dec. 4 from the Eastern Reception Diagnostic and Correction Center at Bonne Terre.

Hunter was sentenced Aug. 3 to a 120-day shock detention program after admitting violating conditions of his probation on a guilty plea to felony third-degree assault (two counts.)

James T. Leroux, 46, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Nov. 16 to felony non-support. He was sentenced to four years with suspended execution of sentence. He received five years supervised probation.

Douglas W. Mooney, 45, Doniphan, was sentenced Nov. 17 to three years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after admitting violating conditions of his probation.

Mooney previously had pleaded guilty to felony non-support and was serving five years supervised probation.

Larry M. Pickett, 38, Poplar Bluff, was sentenced Nov. 17 to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Pickett’s probation was revoked following a hearing on a previous guilty plea to second-degree burglary.

Zachary James Williams, 33, Neelyville, was sentenced Nov. 16 to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Williams admitted violating conditions of his probation on a previous guilty plea to first-degree property damage.

He also pleaded guilty to a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon (possession of a weapon and a felony controlled substance.) He was sentenced to four years to run concurrently with the first sentenced.
