Norman Alexander Boyles, 29, Doniphan, pleaded guilty April 5 to felony stealing a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections beginning with placement in a long-term treatment program. His sentence will be reviewed by the court pending successful completion of the treatment program.

Zackery Michael Dickson, 36, Doniphan, was sentenced April 5 to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections beginning with placement in a 120-day treatment program.

Dickson’s probation on a previous guilty plea to second-degree assault was revoked after he admitted violating conditions imposed by the court. He also entered a guilty plea to a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and received the same sentence to be served concurrently.

Angela Dawn Rainbolt, 45, Doniphan, pleaded guilty April 5 to third-degree assault (special victim) and felony possession of a controlled substance. On each county, she was sentenced to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections, sentences to run concurrently.

Jason Scott Sweet, 42, Poplar Bluff, was sentenced April 5 to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after admitting to violating conditions of his probation from a previous guilty plea to felony non-support.

Kody Lynn White, 46, Steele, Mo., pleaded guilty April 5 to felony non-support. He was sentenced to five years with suspended execution of sentence. He received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.
