Circuit Court Division II

Cody Austin Daily, 31, Doniphan, pleaded guilty April 21 to first-degree trespassing (two counts). On Count I, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served. On Count II, he was sentenced to 90 days in jail with suspended execution of sentence. He received two years supervised probation.
