Warrants For July 7-9

Warrants were issued July 7-9 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•James Wesley Koeln, 47, Naylor, felony charge of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of a roadway resulting in an accident and driving without a license.
