Nathan Brice Blair, 37, of Doniphan pled guilty on March 18 to two counts of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to five years of supervised probation.

Aaron Ray Fears, 48, of Winona pled guilty on March 18 to possession of a controlled substance and driving while revoked/suspended. He was sentenced to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC).

Raymond Lee Nierman, 40, of Doniphan pled guilty on March 18 to driving while revoked/suspended and possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana cannabinoid. He was sentenced to 11 years in the MDOC.

Jennifer Sharp, 40, of Walnut Ridge, Ark., pled guilty on March 18 to possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to five years of supervised probation.

Allison Hope Skaggs, 19, of Doniphan pled guilty on March 18 to leaving the scene of an accident, resulting in death. She was sentenced to five years of supervised probation.

Eddie B. Teegarden, 52 of Dolph, Ark., pled guilty on March 18 to nonsupport in each of the six individual months without any 12-month period, amount owed in excess of $5,000. He was sentenced to four years in the MDOC and to make restitution in the amount of $411,066 ordered to survive sentencing.

Steven Kendall Thomas, 35, of Pevely pled guilty on March 18 to stealing $750 or more and he was sentenced to five years of supervised probation.

Larry Ray Riggs, 61, of Doniphan pled guilty on March 19 to possession of a controlled substance and failure to register as a sex offender. He was sentenced to nine years in the MDOC.
