Raymond Edward Faust, III, 39, of Walnut Ridge, Ark., pled guilty on April 1 to unlawful use of a weapon and was sentenced to five years of supervised probation.

Brandon W. Hill, 26, of Poplar Bluff pled guilty on April 1 to receiving stolen property, attempted stealing of a motor vehicle/watercraft/aircraft and unlawful possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to seven years, concurrent with each count, to the department of corrections.

Hank D. Hines, 34, of Doniphan pled guilty on April 1 to two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to eight years in the department of corrections, concurrent on each count of the sentence.

Lynda M. Presley, 31, of Poplar Bluff pled guilty on April 1 to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to five years of supervised probation.

Joseph L. St. Cin, 35, of Doniphan pled guilty on April 1 to nonsupport, with total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support. He was sentenced to seven years in the department of corrections.
