Warrants For March 29 - April 3

Warrants were issued March 29-April 3 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Justin David Berlin, 32, of Okeechobee, Fla. for failure to appear on a misdemeanor A of driving while revoked/suspended, second offense, a misdemeanor B failure to register motor vehicle, no insurance and failure to display certification of vehicle inspection.

• Amber Denean Mullins, 50, of Doniphan for failure to appear on felony D possession of controlled substance.
