Raleigh Ann Madison Ponder, 18, of Doniphan pled guilty on April 3 to operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, involving an accident and purchase/attempt to purchase or possession of liquor by minor first offense. She was sentenced to two years supervised probation.

Ryan Lee Roy Ponder, 35, of Doniphan pled guilty on April 3 to failure to register a motor vehicle and was fined $200.
