Kid's Day At The Ripley County Fair

Tuesday, September 28, 2021

A favorite tradition of the annual county fair is the Kids Day events, held on Saturday. Thanks to generous sponsors such as Helping Hands In-Home Services, Southern Bank, Ozark Federal Credit Union and Peoples Community Bank each participant receives a t-shirt and ribbons are given to first through third place. Sack Race ages 3-5: Lorayna Asher, first; Mason Pippin, second; Edward Sherman, third. Broad Race ages 3-5: Mason Pippin, first; Edward Sherman, second; Paisley Macleary and Rider York (tie). Bean Bag Toss ages 3-5: Trip Hunt and Rider York, first; Sophie and Paisley Macleary, second; Kase Knight, Echo Dehaven and Edward Sherman (tie). Water Balloon Toss ages 6-8: Mason Harber and Remington Thompson, first; Luke Allen and Trailyn Grace, second place, Conner Britton and Aiden Flax, third place. Sack Race ages 6-8 years: Conner Britton, first place; Jace March, Luke Allen, second place (tie); Audrey Schlief, third place. Dash ages 6-8 years: Miley Hunt, first place; Mason Harber, second place; Keeten Harder, third place. Bubble Gum Blow ages 6-8 years: Amelia Clements, first place; Jaxon Klepzig, second place; Mason Harber, third place. Balloon Toss ages 9-10 years: Bella Monaghan and Alaina Grace, first place; Blake Johannsen and Camden York, second place; Carter Langley and Chase Langley, third place.
