Ripley County FreedomFest 2022
A large crowd gathered at FreedomFest on Saturday July 2 to enjoy the music, vendor booths, and fireworks. “It’s amazing what we can accomplish when we ALL work together and people aren’t worried about the credit, but focused on the goal. We had fire departments, churches, school groups, city officials, county officials, business owners, numerous groups/boards, and individual citizens with one common goal: a better Ripley County,” Cody Young Chamber of Commerce board member said. “I am so proud of everyone who stepped up and made this happen and even more proud of the people that attended. It’s not very often that you put that amount of people in one area and don’t have a problem, but everyone was patient and respectful throughout the entire night”.
