Michelle Jaylene Lewis, 47, Oxly, was sentenced May 14 to six years after admitting to violating conditions of her probation. Sentencing will begin with placement in a 120-day institutional treatment program.

Lewis was serving five years supervised probation on previous guilty pleas to felony receiving stolen property and tampering with electronic monitoring equipment.

Her sentence will be reviewed by the court pending completion of the institutional treatment program.
