Dylan R. Barton, 21, Doniphan, pleaded guilty June 3 to felony receiving stolen property. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Zachary Dylan Bryeans, 27, Doniphan, was sentenced June 3 to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after admitting violating conditions of his probation.

Bryeans was serving five years supervised probation on a March 2017 guilty plea to felony possession of a controlled substance.

Timothy Creameans, 42, Corning, Ark., pleaded guilty June 3 to felony tampering with electronic monitoring equipment. He was sentenced to four years with suspended execution of sentence. He received five year supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Jerry M. Martinez, 27, Sikeston, pleaded guilty June 3 to felony non-support. He was sentenced to four years with suspended execution of sentence. He received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Desiree Michell McFairen, 36, Doniphan, pleaded guilty June 3 to felony non-support. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Charles Anthony Scott, 36, Doniphan, was sentenced June 3 to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

A probation revocation hearing on a previous guilty plea to felony non-support was held May 20.

Laura Elizabeth Smock, 36, Van Buren, pleaded guilty June 3 to felony non-support. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.
