Dons To Host Basketball Jamboree On Nov. 19

The Doniphan High School Dons basketball team will host a four-team jamboree Tuesday, Nov. 19, at Bill L. Wright Gymnasium.

Joining the Dons will be West Plains, Dexter and Lesterville. Action begins at 5:30 with the Dons scrimmaging Lesterville. Each session will include two six-minute quarters.

Here's the jamboree schedule:

•Dons vs. Lesterville, 5:30 p.m.

•West Plains vs. Dexter, 6 p.m.

•Dexter vs. Lesterville, 6:30 p.m.

•Dons vs. West Plains, 7 p.m.

•West Plains vs. Lesterville, 7:30 p.m.

•Dons vs. Dexter, 8 p.m.

Doniphan will open the season Friday, Nov. 22, at Corning, Ark. The home opener for the Dons is set for Tuesday, Nov. 26, against Pocahontas, Ark.
