Wyatt Chandler Mor Freeman, 18, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to failure to register a motor vehicle. He was fined $100 plus costs.

Amanda Kay Hardin, 40, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to allowing an animal at large. She was fined $50 plus costs.

Zachary M.L. Hargraves, 18, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty Nov. 14 to an amended charge of driving with defective equipment. He was fined $100 plus costs.

Brandon Alexander Hedrick, 19, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to failure to register a motor vehicle. He was fined $100 plus costs.

Stephen Lee Regan Ponder, 29, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Ponder also pleaded guilty to a second count of failure to register a motor vehicle. He was fined $225 plus costs.

Frankie E. Rigdon, 19, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Nov. 12 to speeding in a school zone. He was fined $59 plus costs.

Rosenda Michelle Torres, 17, Fairdealing, pleaded guilty Nov. 14 to driving the wrong direction on a street. She was fined $50 plus costs.
