Zachary Brendon Hoefer, 23, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Feb. 5 to no insurance. He was fined $50 plus costs.

James Lucas Martin, 18, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Feb. 5 to fishing without a permit. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $150 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.
