Gregory D. Clayton, 35, Doniphan, pleaded guilty March 4 to peace disturbance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Jimmie Freddy Cora Jr., 35, Doniphan, pleaded guilty March 4 to peace disturbance. He was sentenced to 15 days in jail with suspended execution of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Hubert Lloyd Tyson Delay, 42, Sikeston, pleaded guilty March 2 to felony violation of an order of protection for an adult (second offense.) He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs. The case was heard in Ripley County Circuit Court on a change of venue from Mississippi County.

Elva C. Durbin, 41, Naylor, pleaded guilty March 4 to no insurance and no seat belt. Durbin was fined $110 plus costs.

Jessica Lynn Gowen, 27, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty March 4 to peace disturbance. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Jennifer Lynn Harber, 44, Doniphan, pleaded guilty March 4 to misdemeanor passing a bad check. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Rodney L. Knapp, 50, Doniphan, pleaded guilty March 4 to failure to drive on the right half of a roadway. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Joe Leroy Ward, 55, Doniphan, pleaded guilty March 4 to peace disturbance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $50 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Naylor Kindergarten Registration April 8

Kindergarten Registration is April 8 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Naylor gym lobby. Please bring birth certificate, shot record, social security card and proof of residency on that day. No appointment necessary. To be eligible for Kindergarten in the fall of 2020, students must be 5 before Aug. 1.
