Jeremy R. Colyer, 28, Smithville, Mo., pleaded guilty July 29 to peace disturbance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Chelsea M. Jopes, 30, Santa Barbara, Calif., pleaded guilty July 29 to peace disturbance. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received 30 days unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Candy J. Meadors, 48, Doniphan, pleaded guilty July 29 to no insurance. She was fined $50 plus costs.

Johnny O. Morrow Jr., 20, Blytheville, Ark., pleaded guilty July 29 to possession of a glass container on a waterway. He was fined $100 plus costs.

Jeffrey Barker Stone, 51, Bernie, pleaded guilty July 29 to insufficient number of personal flotation devices. He was fined $25 plus costs.
