Christopher Charles Hunter, 20, Doniphan, was sentenced Aug. 3 to four years beginning with placement in a 120-day shock incarceration program with the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Hunter entered a guilty plea to a felony charge of third-degree domestic assault. He also admitted violating conditions of his probation on a previous guilty plea to third-degree assault.

His sentence will be reviewed by the court pending completion of the shock incarceration program.
