Carey Ann Bailey, 41, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty Oct. 14 to driving while intoxicated (person less than 17 years old in vehicle.) She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

William Alan Graham, 39, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Oct. 14 to littering. He was fined $150 plus costs.

Barry Lee Johnson, 67, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Oct. 14 to misdemeanor violating an order of protection for an adult. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received six months supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Jimmy Dale Lane, 53, Naylor, pleaded guilty Oct. 14 to driving with a revoked license (second or third offense.) He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Randy Harley Eli Woods, 32, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Oct. 14 to failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance. He was fined $150 plus costs.

Leslie Woodson, 39, Gatewood, pleaded guilty Oct. 14 to stealing rented property. Woodson was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.
