Christopher Shane Hays, 42, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty March 15 to felony leaving the scene of an accident with property damage exceeding $1,000. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Randy Joe Hubbard III, 21, Doniphan, was sentenced March 15 to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after admitting violating conditions of his probation on a previous guilty plea to delivery of a controlled substance.

David Wayne Johnson, 50, Doniphan, pleaded guilty March 15 to felony possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 10 years with suspended execution of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.
