Whitney Nicole Paige Ausmus, 21, Grandin, pleaded guilty March 24 to no insurance and failure to secure a child less than 16 in a properly adjusted restraint. She was fined $50 plus costs.

Boyd R. Lippoldt, 40, Dexter, pleaded guilty March 24 to misdemeanor non-support. He was sentenced to six months in jail with suspended execution of sentence. He received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.
