Trent Scrivner, 35, Doniphan, pleaded guilty June 2 to a misdemeanor charge of stealing. He was sentenced to six months in jail with suspended execution of sentence. He received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.
