Nicholas Tyler Lucia, 25, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Oct. 4 to felony possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to seven years with execution of sentence suspended. He received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Paige Nicole Moon, 29, Poplar Bluff, was sentenced Oct. 4 to five years with execution of sentence suspended after admitting to violating conditions of her probation on a previous guilty plea to felony possession of a controlled substance. She received five years of supervised probation.

Kyle Everett Redus, 25, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Oct. 6 to felony possession of a controlled substance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.
