Tommy Dawine Boshears, 45, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Nov. 15 to first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle and second-degree assault. He was sentenced to 10 years on each count with execution of sentence suspended. He received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Ricky Scott Buse Jr., 29, Doniphan, was sentenced Nov. 15 to six years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked by the court.

Buse admitted violating conditions of his probation on two previous guilty pleas to felony possession of a controlled substance.

Christopher Ervin Lott, 40, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Nov. 15 to felony possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Matthew D. Maple, 38, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Nov. 15 to second-degree property damage. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Erica C. Spitzer, 29, Poplar Bluff, was sentenced Nov. 15 to seven years beginning with placement in a 120-day institutional treatment program. Spitzer admitted Nov. 1 violating conditions of her probation on a previous guilty plea to felony delivery of a controlled substance.

Crystal Lee Swafford, 36, Puxico, was sentenced Nov. 15 to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after admitting violating conditions of her probation. Swafford previously had entered a guilty plea on Jan. 4 to felony possession of a controlled substance.
