Warrants were issued Dec. 17-22 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Jessie Dewayne Alvey, 35, Fisk, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court;

•Catherine V. Benitez, 26, Kansas City, failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and peace disturbance;

•Jeremy Neil Boggs Jr., 18, Doniphan, felony charges of third-degree assault (special victim) and resisting arrest by fleeing, failure to appear on municipal charges of possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license (four counts), failure to register a motor vehicle (four counts), no insurance (three counts) and failure to stop at a stop sign;

•Tina L. Dunn, 50, no address listed, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of stealing;

•Macoy Ryan Hampton, 18, Doniphan, failure to appear on municipal charges of failure to register a motor vehicle, no insurance and driving without a license;

•Michael Alexander Lady, 23, Fairdealing, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license;

•Terrie Jean Malott, 37, Fairdealing, failure to appear on a municipal charge of failure to stop at a stop sign;

•Desiree Michell McFairen, 39, Doniphan, failure to appear for a probation status hearing;

•Raymond Nierman, 39, Branson, failure to appear for a probation revocation hearing (two counts);

•Edward Allen Ormsby, 35, Doniphan, felony charge of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle;

•Paul J. Roberts, 33, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of attempting to take deer with artificial light;

•Brandon Cody Lee Walker, 28, Oxly, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of failure to display plates on vehicle.
