George Dennis Allensworth Jr., 33, Fisk, was sentenced Jan. 3 to two years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after admitting to violating conditions of his probation on a previous guilty plea to felony non-support.

Jon C. Ayers, 36, no address listed, was sentenced Jan. 3 to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after admitting to violating conditions of his probation on a previous guilty plea to felony possession of a controlled substance.

Michael D. Bohannon, 21, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Jan. 3 to felony resisting arrest by fleeing. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Mark A. Malone Sr., 44, Corning, Ark., pleaded guilty Jan. 3 to felony first-degree property damage (damage to motor vehicle with intent to steal). He was sentenced to four years with suspended execution of sentence. He received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Aaron Ray Mays, 30, Doniphan, was sentenced to five years supervised probation effective upon his scheduled released Jan. 21 from a 120-day shock incarceration program at the ERDCC in Bonne Terre.

Mays was sentenced Sept. 20 to four years beginning with placement in the shock incarceration program after admitting violation conditions of his probation on a guilty plea to failure to register as a sex offender.

Natosha Renea Painter, 31, Wappapello, pleaded guilty Jan. 3 to felony possession of a controlled substance. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Candace Marie Scott, 41, Lampe, Mo., pleaded guilty Jan. 3 to felony possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to six years with suspended execution of sentence. She received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Kevin Hershel Wallace, 36, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty Jan. 3 to unlawful possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to 10 years with suspend execution of sentence. He received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Aaron Christopher Wilson, 40, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Jan. 3 to felony unlawful possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to four years with suspended execution of sentence. He received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.
