Michael E. Dowdy, Jr., 43, of Corning, Ark. pled guilty April 15 to possession of a black bass of illegal length. He was fined $24.50

Bethany Anne Harms, 23, of Kansas City pled guilty April 16 to failure to register a vehicle. She was fined $100.

Macoy Ryan Hampton, 21, of Doniphan pled guilty April 17 to an equipment violation. He was fined $50.

Ashley Nicole Kramer, 32, of Doniphan pled guilty April 17 to not wearing a safety belt. She was fined $10.

Kreg Allen Atkisson, 31, of Poplar Bluff pled guilty April 17 to receiving stolen property. He was sentenced to seven years in the department of corrections with supervised probation.

Patrick O’Bryan Bryant, 35, of Poplar Bluff pled guilty April 17 to operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license-second offense. He was sentenced to two years of supervised probation.

Jaden Lane Burks, 22, of Doniphan pled guilty April 17 to failure to stop for a school bus receiving/discharging school children. He was sentenced to two years of supervised probation.

Kenneth Lynn Hightower, 40, of Doniphan pled guilty April 17 to speeding and was fined $155.50

Damon J. Wileman, 33, of Fenton pled guilty April 17 to having glass containers not secured safely in a vessel and not transporting or disposing property of waste materials. He was fined $350.
